Fill in this form to ask us to delete your account and all your data. You do not need to sign in. We will email you at the address you give us. If we cannot match it to an account, we will write to ask for more details.
What gets deleted
When we process your request, we remove your account, your profile, and all of your data: practice history, goals, awards, and purchases. This can't be undone.
Cancel your subscription yourself
This form only sends us a request. It does not delete anything on its own, and it does not touch your subscription. If you have an active one, cancel it where you bought it, or it keeps billing you even after your account is gone.
On iPhone or iPad
Open Settings, tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions. Select Odisei Play and tap Cancel Subscription.
On Android
Open the Google Play Store, tap your profile picture, then Payments and subscriptions, then Subscriptions. Select Odisei Play and tap Cancel subscription.
If you subscribed on the web
Sign in and open Manage my subscription in your profile settings.
